Significance – a guide to assessing the significance of cultural heritage objects and collections (2001, reprinted 2003) was a Heritage Collections Council project undertaken for the Cultural Ministers Council (CMC) by Roslyn Russell and Kylie Winkworth. CMC is an intergovernmental forum for Ministers responsible for culture and the arts in Australia and New Zealand.
